They also refer to Set-Based Concurrent Engineering in their books though Adam from KM&amp;T told me that he usually hears Last Reasonable Moment rather than Last Responsible Moment, which is more a Lean Construction phrasing.

Authority-focus vs responsibility-focus comes from John Shook in Managing to Learn.

&quot;No problem is a problem&quot; is a Toyota thing which I first encountered at a Lean Summit.

Steven Spear has a couple Harvard Business Review articles that would be worth reading that supports the Lean = engaging everyone in problem solving view.</description>
