		<description>A viewpoint I picked up from Solution-Focused Coaching is that a more therapeutic model of strengths is to focus on them when you feel weak and focus on improving weaknesses when you feel strong.

There&#039;s also something I&#039;ve heard that I can&#039;t remember the source for on teaching: Design the message for the most advanced students and review often for the others.</description>
