I attended an presentation by Kevlin Henney at NDC where he mentioned that &#039;should&#039; is really a bad usage, should indicated that it might now. I like to use the example: &quot;I should really do the dishes, but ...&quot;, he suggests using &#039;Will Be&#039; or &#039;Must&#039;. I like to suggest the same for you list, this is more definite.

		<description>I agree with you 100%.  When I first started programming I was working with a large team (10+ developers) and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing.  For the first 6 months I simply forced myself to ask everyone around me every time I didn&#039;t know something.  After 6 months I was one of the best developers they had.  I still give this advice to any graduates - ask when you don&#039;t know something!</description>
